In the end, it was obvious that the extensive amount of time James and his crew spent scraping contributed to a great final product. We have had multiple other contractors do work at our house and, by far, James has been the most responsive and reliable contractor we have ever worked with. James and his crew showed up on time every day and even worked on the Fourth of July.
